• Any item purchased online, can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided that the customer has valid proof of purchase.
• Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for exchange.

Proof of Purchase

• A valid order invoice or online order confirmation email is required for all exchange requests.

Conditions for Exchange

• Items must be unused, with all tags intact, and original packaging in perfect condition.
• If an incorrect, defective, or wrong-sized item is delivered, proof must be shared for verification.
• Home items should be returned in Kaavi Online's original packaging.
